Season 9
Below are new Smallville spoilers in some of the beginning episodes of Season Nine.
- In the first episode, the character Metallo is introduced. Metallo's alter ego, John Corben, has a Kryptonite heart inside his body. Clark is focused on getting Red-Blue Blur the recognition he deserves, even though the alter superhero ego for Superman is a little bit of a bad boy. Zod is touched on in the first episode, but only as Major Zod, so this is before he is General Zod.
- In the third episode, a virus is loose in Metropolis that is turning everyone into zombies. Lois is infected, but not before a little romance occurs between Lois and Clark.
- Episode number five will introducing two additional superheros: Twyla and Tanner (or Zan and Jayna) who attempt to locate Red-Blue Blur and elicit the help of Chloe, who shows them the Watchtower. Additional tensions rise when Chloe tells Clark she's tired of being his sidekick.
Spoilers
Remember that spoilers can give away a lot of information and even "spoil" a surprise. Also keep in mind that any plot points or character information could change before the episode airs, so don't rely on spoilers 100% and don't be too upset if you favorite storyline is altered to move the Smallville story along.
