About Stargate Novel News
For more than a decade, Stargate: SG-1 kept fans stepping through the iris with then Colonel and later General Jack O’Neill and Dr. Daniel Jackson. The characters provided the vital connection to the Stargate film. Actors Richard Dean Anderson and Michael Shanks have become synonymous with the roles appearing in both spinoffs and in direct to DVD feature films based on the franchise.
Although the series ended production in 2007, novels allow fans to continue journeying with their favorite team members. Production is handled by Fandemonium Ltd. For fans of the series, the publishing house is determined to turn out genuine adventures that honor both the spirit and the history of the Stargate series.
The publisher assures that all books will be faithful to the canon of the series. Authors will leave the Milky Way and Pegasus galaxies as they found them. No significant or shattering changes can be made. Sam and Jack cannot get married in the current universe, but alternate universes are fair game as already demonstrated by the series.
