Paul Shuch, president of the SETI League and a foreword by Thomas Pierson, Chief Executive Officer of the SETI Institute, and an afterword by Freeman J. Dyson, is the classic novel of listening for messages from distant alien civilizations. Dr. Shuch credits it with doing more for SETI than any book published.
